I'm a game designer who is passionate about narrative, engaging design and gameplay, inclusiveness, and diversity! I am currently working as a Game Content Designer at Star Stable on the MMORPG Star Stable Online, and I have previously worked with strategy games at Paradox Interactive.

EXPERIENCE
Game Content Designer (2022 - present)
As a Game Designer at Star Stable, I am responsible for producing content for the live MMORPG Star Stable Online. This content can be anything from quest chains to festivals, races, and more.
My responsibilituies include:
Communicate with, and interpret the game vision from, the Game Director, Creative Director, and Producer
Plan and design the implementation of scripted content, and document said content (in Confluence)
Write engaging and thematically fitting text, fitting for young teens and children
Script quests chains, races, and festivals using an in-house scripting language and engine
Design the player experience around this content, both through level design and through triggered events
Work both independently and together with other designers depending on the task at hand and the needs of the project, all to ensure efficient implementation and delivery on time
Take ownership of created content and continuously work to improve the quality by iteration and bug fixing
Define art and sound assets needed for the project
Use Jira to manage the project, track progress, and define tasks
Use Miro to plan projects and visualize progress and design
Experienced Content Designer at Paradox Interactive (2017 - 2022)
I worked on Crusader Kings II and III, and an unannounced project. I worked on updating the base game for Crusader Kings II while it was live, and for Crusader Kings III I worked on the base game and the first two DLCs, Nothern Lords and Royal Court.
As a content designer at Paradox Development Studio, I was involved in writing, scripting, and designing game content. This position included:
Communicate with, and interpret the game vision from, the Game Director and the Project Lead
Plan and design the implementation of scripted content, as well as game-play systems
Write engaging and thematically fitting text
Script events, systems, triggers, and game logic using an in-house scripting language
Research relevant, and often obscure, topics to inform and inspire engaging game content (e.g. medieval wonders of the world)
Maintaining the game's databases, such as historical characters, traits, religions, and cultures
Work both independently and together with other content designers depending on the task at hand and the needs of the project, all to ensure efficient implementation and delivery on time
Take ownership of created content and continuously work to improve the quality by iteration, development, and bug fixing
Define art and sound assets needed for the project
Use Jira to manage the project, track progress, and define tasks

Board Member at Diversi (2016 - 2018)
Diversi is an organization working for greater diversity in the gaming sphere. By encouraging and enabling support and engagement on the topic the organization strives to promote an inclusive game culture.
Writer and Creative Director for Copoka (2016)
In this student project, I worked as Creative Director and Lead Game Writer. The game was featured in Humble Bundle, added to the Humble Bundle, and greenlit on Steam. I planned and led the whole narrative process, from the first draft to the final VOs, and assisted in the design of the game systems and mechanics.
Course leader at Tjejhack (2016)
A collaboration between Balthazar Science Center, DONNA, and the University of Skövde to nurture and encourage young girls to pursue and embrace interests in the fields of programming and game development.
As a course leader, I took part in planning the course, as well as being present for every meetup with the girls.
